## Key facts

- Data: SEC EDGAR Form 4 and 4/A filings, polled every two minutes; daily prices for context and forward returns.
- A signal is one insider's open-market buys or sells in one filing. Buys get a conviction score, sells a warning score, 0 to 100, from components that are all shown.
- Tiers: 80 and up strong, 60 notable, 40 moderate, below weak.
- Every forward return is shown with its sample size. The backtest page shows outcomes by side and tier at 1, 3 and 6 months.
- Free: public company, insider and filing pages and the top 10 signals. Pro ($29 a month): every signal and filter, watchlists, alerts, the daily digest, AI explanations, CSV export, trade plans. Desk ($99 a month): the API, webhooks, 5 seats.
