InsiderTell is made by Uneven Bits ApS, a small software company in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Why
Insider filings are the most honest public signal about a company: an executive putting their own money in, on the record, with a two-day deadline. The data has been free since EDGAR went online, and most tools either dump it raw or wrap it in a score nobody can check. We wanted the middle: every filing within minutes, a score whose parts are all on the page, and the honest answer to “what happened after filings like this”, with the sample size next to it.

- We never say buy or sell. This is decision support, not advice.
